У статті окреслено основні тенденції інформатизації освітньої галузі в сучасних умовах. Виявлено основні проблеми, які перешкоджають застосуванню інформаційних технологій у навчальному процесі ВНЗ. Запропоновано нові напрямки інформатизації освіти. Уточнено визначення поняття інформатизація освіти.

The main trends of the educational informatization process in the modern education are indicated in this article.The basic problems that prevent the usage of the information technology in the teaching process are determined.
