Summary
In the article one of the strategic directions of increasing the effectiveness of quality management of future specialists’ training for successful professional activities is the strengthening of the methodological foundations of the educational process, the set of methodological approaches to the organization of the educational process in higher education is theoretically justified. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the methodological foundations for managing the process of improving the quality of future specialists’ training for professional activities in the system of university education.
To achieve the goal of the study, the implementation of tasks and hypothesis testing, a set of methods such as analysis and systematization of achievements in solving the problem, questioning, testing, interviews, pedagogical experiment to identify the effectiveness of a set of methodological approaches in improving the quality of training future specialists was used.
On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, the essence of each methodological approach to the organization of educational process is revealed, the mechanisms of their realization in the educational process are concretized; the specific features of the personality-oriented, activity-creative, competent, content-procedural, eventsituational, technological, simulation-game approaches, the mechanism for their implementation in professional training of students, the criteria and indicators of quality vocational training and the conditions for the effective implementation of the "Quality Program Education ", the causes of bottlenecks in the practice of training future specialists and the means of overcoming them in the educational process are revealed .
The implementation of the set of methodological approaches in the educational process is the methodological basis of the strategy for improving the quality of management of future specialists’ training for successful professional activities, a means of ensuring positive dynamics of students' successful achievements in teaching, which is possible only if the level of objectivity of this procedure is high. The perspective of solving the problem of improving the quality of future specialists’ training necessitates the development of a toolkit for assessing the effectiveness of innovative approaches to providing the quality of higher education.
