AUTHOR’S ABILITY AS INNOVATIVE RESOURCE IN THE TRAINING PROFESSIONALS OF ARTISTIC DIRECTION

Summary
The article defines the concept of «author’s ability», which contains semantic and procedural characteristics, implies opportunities, inclinations and abilities, achievements a certain level of their development and the most important – productive – realization of creative qualities, capabilities, abilities and skills in own creativity that notes the presence of highly developed professionally significant personal quality of future art professional – author’s ability.
The basis, enabling the future professional of artistic direction «to open himself» and to express in own creativity, is the availability of psychological and pedagogical qualities and mechanisms, individual and personality (subjective) characteristics, which generate and create quality system – «ability».
In the process of own creation the activity of personal principles is fixed, the moment of creative freedom and autonomy, creative inspiration and release, acquired artistic-cognitive and musical-performing experience are turned, based on intuition, empathy, reflection. Qualitative characteristics of the creative process are emotional and creative thinking, ability for empathy, identification, individual originality, creative expression, reflexivity; critical opinions are formed through the assimilation of different related types and forms of artistic thinking namely perception, interpretation, own creation
Author’s ability includes «communicative coherence of individuals» and communicative self-organization, it appears as a way of thinking, it is conditioned by the ability of future professional to realize the spiritual essence of the art, to focus and to show the ability for creativity research, independent solution of problems and creative tasks, creative thinking of living material, adequate interpretation and reproduction of psychological model of artistic image, identifying own feelings, personal position in the meaning of art and life around, establishing an artistic dialogue with the audience, planning and forecasting of future activity, understanding and interpreting of experience in its correlation with socio-cultural reality.
