The International Scientific and Practical Conference «The Quality of Preschool Teacher Training: Challenges of Today», held on October, 25 2024 in Drohobych, Ukraine, brought together scientists and educators from many universities around the world including University of Innsbruck (Austria), Addis Ababa University (Ethiopia), Kaye Academic College of Education (Israel), HAWK University of Applied Sciences and Arts (Germany), Cape Peninsula University of Technology (South Africa) University of the West of Scotland, Charles University (Czech Republic), Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University, Poltava V.G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University (Ukraine), Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State University (Ukraine), Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (Poland).
The conference aims to discuss current challenges in the training of early childhood educators, particularly in the context of regional and global socio-political issues affecting educational systems.
Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State University was represented by academic staff of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education, bachelor's and master's students of speciality 013 Preschool Education, who actively participated in the discussion of innovative methods of training and the impact of digital tools on preschool education. The conference became a platform for sharing best practices in the training of early childhood educators, focusing on cooperation in developing skills important for an inclusive and multicultural educational environment.
