PNPU is greatly honoured and delighted to announce a new cycle of lectures delivered by Prof. Jan Borm, the Vice-President in International Relations from the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
This series of lectures includes the following topics:

November 16, 12pm-1pm CET: "British contemporary travel writing, 1977-today"
November 23, 12pm-1pm CET: "Eminent voices in contemporary British travel writing: Patrick Leigh Fermor"
November 28: 12pm-1pm CET: "Eminent voices in contemporary British travel writing: Bruce Chatwin"
December 5: 12pm-1pm CET: "Eminent voices in contemporary British travel writing: Jonathan Raban"
December 14: "100th birthday of Prof. Jean Malaurie (born Dec. 22, 1922 in Mainz, Germany, the best-known of French Arctic specialists, author of The Last Kings of Thule (1955), the most widely distributed book about Greenland in the world"
