Рецензування

Процес рецензування статей складається з таких етапів:

1. Стаття має пройти рецензування спеціалістом за місцем роботи чи навчання автора. На цьому етапі використовується так зване «відкрите рецензування» (open peer review) офіційним рецензентом – зовнішнім фахівцем відповідного наукового профілю (доктор наук). Така рецензія має містити інформацію про достовірність отриманих результатів, їх актуальність та новизну, а також практичну цінність з рекомендаціями до публікації статті. Таку рецензію разом зі статтею автор має надіслати на розгляд до редакції.

2. Розгляд статті одним із членів редакційної колегії (single-blind review – рецензент знає автора, але автор не знає рецензента).

3. Після цього стаття надсилається на розгляд незалежному експертові у відповідній галузі знань. Тут використовується двостороннє «сліпе» рецензування (double-blind – ні автор, ні рецензент не знають один  одного).

На підставі проведеного рецензування автор може отримати одну з таких відповідей:

а) статтю прийнято до друку;

б) рекомендовано відредагувати статтю;

в) автору відмовлено в публікації статті.

The process of reviewing articles consists of the following steps:

1. Firstly, the article should be reviewed by specialists from work or study place. At this stage, the so-called "open review" (open peer review) is used by the official reviewer - external specialists of the corresponding scientific profile (doctor of sciences). So a review can have information about the reliability of the results, their relevance and novelty, as well as the practical value of the recommendations for the publication of the article. This review, together with the article, should be sent by the author to the editorial board.

2. The article is reviewed by one of the members of the editorial board (single-blind review - the reviewer knows the author, but the author does not know the reviewer).

3. After this, the article is sent to an independent expert in the relevant field of expertise. It uses a two-way "blind" review (double-blind - neither the author nor the reviewer know each other).

Based on the review, the author can receive one of the following answers:

a) the article is accepted for publishing;

b) it is recommended to edit the article;

c) the paper is rejected.
