Анотація
У статті на основі аналізу історико-педагогічної літератури обґрунтовано передумови та особливості організації професійної підготовки педагогічних кадрів в умовах вищої заочної педагогічної освіти в Росії. В процесі дослідження виявлено організаційно-змістові особливості побудови вищої заочної педагогічної освіти на різних етапах її розвитку, а також обґрунтовано тенденції розвитку вищої заочної педагогічної освіти на сучасному етапі розвитку Росії (на прикладі Московського державного відкритого педагогічного університету імені М. О. Шолохова та Московського державного гуманітарного університету імені М. О. Шолохова).
