Qualification enhancement programme for professors of higher educational establishments "The educational system in Ukraine and European Countries: prospects for cooperation and development"
The programme is organized by Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University, Department of International Education
The programme embraces 2 modules:
1. Module 1 'The educational system in Ukraine and European Countries" (54 hours).
The higher education systems in Ukraine and in Europe and the stages of their development.
Modern educational technologies used in on-site, distance and e-learning training.
Educational models and strategies:
a) public universities in Ukraine (by the example of Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University);
6) private universities in Ukraine.
Features of development of curricula at universities in Ukraine.
The system of tuition at public universities in Ukraine.
The method of preparation of educational texts and educational materials at universities.
2. Module 2 "Managing International Projects in Higher Educational Establishments" (54 hours).
Project management: planning and project preparation.
Individual and institutional projects.
Project and grant opportunities of the European Union.
Conditions of successful implementation of projects in the EU (by the example of Ukraine, the Slovak Republic, Poland).
The procedure of application. Conditions and requirements for applicants.
How to navigate the EU Funds: grants, programs, and funding sources.
Making the tender documentation. The methodology and reasoning. Description of indicators
and results of the project. Budgeting.
Case-studies.
The duration of the programme is 108 hours.
