The purpose of the project: to promote the modernization of the higher education system in Ukraine by introducing university training centers to promote European educational innovations through professional certification of university teachers.
Project objectives:

to modernize the system of professional development and certification of university teachers in Ukraine by creating 9 independent Centers of Excellence in Teaching (CDC) with their subsequent integration into a network;

introduce professional certification programs for university teachers based on European best practices and educational innovations to ensure teaching excellence;

to develop and pilot a new program of teaching excellence taking into account the needs of the academic environment in Ukraine, which will improve the quality of certification of university teachers.
The main results of the project:

Conduct a comparative study.

Develop a strategy and model of teaching skills.

Train selected coaches in the EU.

Open Certification Centers.

Develop professional standards for university teachers.

Improve the provisions on teacher certification.

Develop a curriculum for teaching excellence.

Create a certification assessment methodology.

1. Survey. Teacher training
In the current academic year, our university began work on the international project UTTERLY "Teacher Certification Centers: Innovative Approaches to Teaching Excellence", which aims to modernize the higher education system in Ukraine through the introduction of university training centers to promote European educational innovation through professional certification of university teachers.
